If I understand this correctly, you basically just sign up for an offer like 1 from peerfly, but choose one thats free to sign up, you get paid for leads. Then just find a traffic exchange site that you can buy sign up, and use those sign ups on your offer, so you get money from peerfly, right?
If thats the case, the problem with this method is eventually they will see the leads are garbage, people just sign up, and never use the site again, so they will suspend the offer from you, so I guess you could just move into another offer every couple weeks
