I wanted to ask you OP when you posted on the cancer group page did your post get approved straight away or did you have to wait until a mod approved it? I've tried posting to another group i found but my post does not show up anywhere on the front page even though it's been posted?

Congratulations on your initial success. A group with 150,000 members I would have expected you to have more than just $1,200 in sales. Assuming each Tshirt sells for $20 that works out to 60 shirts being sold. It works out to about 1 sale per 2,500 members. What else are you doing to increase sales in this group?
Does anyone know how to find out which Facebook groups are the largest by membership? Is there an internal search engine?
