This story should be familiar to people who hold a BST, or buy services here on BHW.

I figured out that these days if you want to be a nice guy you have to first test the person, and then after that be nice to them. And when it comes to money, people will fuck you over, without any questions asked.

I usually love to keep detailed records of receipts and expenditures that I have, and I just can't function properly if I don't have a detailed report at the end of every week. But, when somebody scams me for some peanuts (intentionally or unintentionally) I usually don't want to argue, I just let him go and forget about it and I don't keep that sum in my papers. I mean, if that 20-30$ will make him happy and put a smile on his face, well, what the heck, some people need much more for that, I let them go.

And what happened today? I made a detailed report on who fucked me over in the last 2 months here on BHW and how much did I lose because of some users here. There were unpaid invoices that ranged from 4$ to 43$, and also services that I ordered here that ranged from 10$ to 25$ and were not delivered. In total people "scamed" me for 301.5$ here. 300$ is enough to start a nice BH project and to double/triple it in 1 month.

But, currently i'm not looking at this 300$ as money, i'm looking at it with disappointed eyes because people with which we share things and hang out here scam users on a regular basis, for peanuts.

And, I did not open this thread to shitlist anyone, I opened it because I want to say something in caps lock, to all of you.

Don't take or offer a service if you can't stick to the agreement

I mean, sometimes I make mistakes also, but then I fix them. I don't care anymore about that money, but I noticed that some of our members forgot that here we are not buyers and sellers, here we are friends and colleagues. So ffs, pay your invoices and deliver your services.

it sucks. 10 or 20 bucks might not seem like a lot, but it all adds up in the end!

You will always lose money. Have you thought about the money that you have made? You do know that when you buy gas, some of that gas is lost due to evaporation?

Let's not sweat the losers. There are a lot of great guys on BHW.

Luckily the experience on BHW has been all roses for me. I am working with some great guys on BHW. Honestly I cannot understand why people do not honor their promises? I mean the guilt would kill me if I back off something that I promised I will do. Nice one Syzygy. But still it would be nice if you put the names of those people on the shitlist. I mean if a service in BST is not delivering then that service should not be there in the first place. Peace and cheers.

Agreed. Very unethical and unprofessional. Sticking with your word can go a long way. These people might make a couple extra bucks by pulling little scamming stunts like this, but they WILL lose in the long run.

    Hey, sorry to hear that.

And yes, we are here as friends and colleagues but everyone has his price and when it comes down to money all the love flies out the window.

I was thinking about the same thing today. I have been ripped off more than a few times...well not from here but from WF. Once on link building another on ebook creation. The guy said he was native english speaking. Obviously it was pretty easy to spot out that it was a flat out lie. Everyone promises to be experts when in reality half of them are probably not. It doesnt really even matter about the reviews either for most part. I have had people with good reviews do shit work. I was thinking this today because I am looking for someone to write an ebook but dont trust anyone lol.

Put them on the shit list thread. I've had a couple of bad experiences but they were minor.

There are a lot of good people here, but still trust no one.

That's strange, I ordered a bunch of services here and they were all delivered like clockwork. I'm truly amazed, how people can do things at such a price with a high level of professionalism.
