Poor people that are willing to buy bots and shoutouts?? My way is a legitimate way to suggest you to Instagram directly, if they choose you and put you on the list it can lead to endless profitable opportunities in the future. So what's exactly wrong for requesting a small fee? There's no such thing as a free lunch mate.

Either sell it, or help people for free. But don't say one and do the other.

Clearly you registered here to make money of this situation (if it's true, still no picture or anything), and spammed the forum to grow your post count (5 posts in a row? dude...). I just hope no one will get screwed. Anyway, I'm done here.

Ok. And no I did not just register here for this post. I originally stumbled upon this site when I was researching about affiliate marketing, and I didn't even realise they had instagram related topics initially.
 
I have original content on two profiles and would appreciate it very much if you recommend one (or both lol) of my accounts
 
You should offer it free btw to atleast a few people who can confirm whether or not your recommendation will work.. gonna be hard to get people to pay for something with no proof. And I will back you up if it works!

After I get back from holiday (in about two weeks), I will make a more detailed post, including the email, the DM, and the book Instagram have sent me. As well as include what I did with my account which I think led me to being put on the list. I did have a lot of IG friends who were suggested before me so maybe they recommended me, but I'm not sure.

Yeah, the problem really is is that all I can do is simply recommend you. Instagram will decide for themselves to put you on the list whether they like your content and see you as a 'model instagrammer,' this is out of my control. People have offered to pay if they were put on the list which is understandable, however from my POV how can I trust that they would do this?

Then you can't really expect people to pay for this.. I still think you should atleast recommend a few people maybe atleast ten.. Then atleast you can post some sort of success rate.
 
Since you can't guarantee anything then it really isn't wise to ask payment for something like this. And You're right, people can promise to pay if it works but then they could easily just turn around and not pay at all..

Plenty of people here are willing to help you in terms of monetizing and making money online, why not just give this away as a freebie. People will respect you and want to help you more.

Good points. Just that it took me about a year, from when I started posting good quality photographs, to make it on to the suggested user list. As well as an investment in time, effort, camera gear etc. So to just give the recommendation at will to loads of random folk on the internet seems a bit silly. Give me two weeks of surfing to think about it! Regards.
 
OP how do you know they feature users with only original content? What if you have an account with a mix of your original photos and photos from elsewhere but everything is credited?

Well I pretty much analysed the list for about a year, and I don't think I ever saw a feature page. It would be best if I saw your feed, because they do feature brands/companies that use other peoples photos occasionally.

Edit: Btw, I can pretty much instantaneously tell you if your feed is likely to be featured or not, just from observing the list for about a year now and what they like to see.

I'm very interested in this. My account is a few years old with all original photos. If nothing else I'd love to hear your feedback on if my account is headed on the right track to getting featured. Will PM you when I hit 15 posts.
 
lucky you! Wish I could get that many followers for free haha. BTW has it been proven that Instagram can help google rank yet?

When you make a decision can you let me know? I have a legit business and I could benefit greatly from this.. If nothing else I would be willing to share your profile on my page in an attempt to get whatever followers I gained from this to follow you as well. I currently have over 11k followers and a few of them will follow anyone I post and tell them to follow. Very loyal.

I'm interested. I'm a full time world traveler, but I doubt they will include me because my account doesn't really have a theme. It's just photos of me and stuff I take photos of around the world. But, we can give it a try.

Also, I am a self-made millionaire from internet marketing and would be glad to help you, but I will not hold your hand or do any work for you. I'm not interested in mentoring anyone but close friends, but I would be happy to answer specific questions.
