Step by step starting from keyword research, whether the keyword will require too many resources to rank for, ACTUAL traffic increase from keyword, the use of excel to organize data, what to use to track keyword rankings, the onpage optimization process, and of course the linkbuilding. Heck I'll even throw in a free cheeseburger if that tickles your fancy.
It will take some time but I will surely FAO it to you OP - the reason why I had said there's nothing new or innovative is that there's firstly a dozen or so of these posts across all forums always entitled "How to get Shit Mad Rankings", you also claim to have gotten rankings in days, and thirdly - and most importantly (I can see that you like stuffing shit) you should not stuff the shit out of Alt Tags as this will do you not get you mad rankings.
On the contrary, you will probably stuff up your rankings for doing this. This is not 2002, Keyword density does not have to be 3 - 5% and is not of that much importance any longer and the ONLY reason why it's good to fill in ALT tags is so that Google can index them and call them properly in Google Images and obviously for the user experience. It's like a painting with no goddamn title - retarded.
