How i get link from wikipedia.

Hello there, first of all i want to show my link


now I'll tell you the exact same method how i got this link... please don't get excited before reading this post.

First, create an account on Wikipedia
second make an article with your links...
publish it
then within seconds ping your link using pinging services (do fast)

Now as i said don't get excited... because what will happen after doing this.. the Wikipedia moderators will check the article and delete it.... yup... delete it... but... the link will appear on your search console after a week... do not believe me? try yourself... I am still holding link from past 4 months when I created it...

second method: be a top company so that someone will automatically write for you in Wikipedia... :P

It would (in theory) work until the Wikipedia page eventually gets recrawled and Google realizes that the link has been deleted.

It might work adequately for small pages that aren't crawled frequently like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guilderland_Cemetery_Vault, which seems to have been last crawled on Dec 19, 2017 07:12:41 GMT, according to Google's cached version of the page. On larger pages (the ones that are more valuable to actually have backlinks on), the page is going to get recrawled much more quickly (in many cases several times per day), which would basically make the process treading water.

A Wikipedia link isn't magical in and of itself. Seems like way too much effort for one mediocre backlink that will be deleted quickly.

It is an amusing/interesting idea, though. And it is useful to know/understand that until Google recrawls a page, it won't know about deleted backlinks.

it's not really that hard if your content is authoritative. i got a link from wikipedia (somebody put it there, not me) but it's not sending any traffic. so i guess the mere fact that it's there, google knows my page is good
 
Would rather suggest you to put your link on relevant pages and doing relevant edits.
My articles shooted up the SERPs and 3 of them are on Featured Snippets for nearly all of the keywords.
 
honestly, google deleted wiki links aren't super useful from what i know......if you have a decent wikipedia account though and you're referencing something legit, you can actually get links to stick though. i've had 5 links added that weren't removed
