Get arrested and let the police know your site so they link it on your criminal profile on FBI.gov. Free DA 80 link right there.

OP to answer your question: The two best ways you can get those types of links are Scholarship links and .edu resource page links. Brian Dean has some info on resource page links (https://backlinko.com/17-untapped-backlink-sources) you can outsource both of these link acquisitions. However, Scholarship links are expensive (you will most likely need a scholarship of $1000 to get decent links and this will need to be annual to keep your links live) and this method is being spammed a lot (lots of scholarship pages have very high OBL)

If you have budget for scholarship campaign , create a scholarship page with Prize ,then outreach university, school and college . there are lot of way to collect their mail and hire someone to collect mail. if you want to know details you can DM me or ask here
