If they're real followers there's affiliate programs you can sign up for. Mylikes, and ChaCha I think both have programs which pay you based on how many clicks and retweets you get.
If not that, drive them to CPA offers.
 
Yea it all depends on how real and active they are. But it could be all the traffic you need to make more then 2k a month
 
Kim Kardashian gets paid something like $10k for a tweet.

You can try fiverr. "I will tweet your message to my 150,000 for $5"
 
Does this mean its possible to buy twitter followers and then just simply flip and sell them to CPA offers? Whats the profit margins like?
