Google Ads Not Adding Us Bank account How I ad Bank Account Please Help me

I believe this is the error you encountered, I had the same problem when using a VPN, but when I switched to a VPS the problem was solved just use any VPS provider.
By the way, what bank did you use?

Recently (since 2 months) GAds has from their side flagged (not accepting) many card bins and routing numbers of banks (VBAs) and if you are using one of such bank accounts [whose routing number GAds has flagged (not accepting)], then you will get that error when trying to add the bank account (VBA).
SOLUTION : Research, experiment and find VBAs (routing numbers) that are not flagged by GAds.

Bro, tell me please, how do you think, how soon will Google start requesting documents for advertising accounts?
 
Its actually not vba/bank problem, its your ip problem. And about verification, google already sends out emails on some niches to verify. But they havent asked docs, they only asked few questions about your business.
 
You could use best bank u can imagine but when some necessary proxy ports r closed u wouldnt be able to add it anyway.
