How hell the algorythm work?

well I know nobody knows this answer in specific terms. I just want to know how is it responding to the daily work in an account. I mean for example in my case I opened a new account (fitness page) around 6 weeks ago. I've been posting twice a day (always same time), always fitness viral content from other pages, using around 25-29 hashtags (20 of them repeated every time) and a contracted powerlike service that is delivering me 400 powerlikes on each post in the first 20 minutes. Currently I have 70 posts and 900 followers. Ok, the thing is I'm quite confused about how is the algorythm working because being the content, the time, the hashtags and the amount of likes very similar, the result is big different every time. I got posts with over 50k, over 40k, over 30k and then others with even a poor 400 views. It varies a lot. It doesn't have an average range. I never know how to expect on my next post. Also I can notice that it likes to work in waves.... let me explain, for example I remember at the beginning I was getting less than 1k views, maybe during 2 weeks, after that I got 15k views in one post and during 4 days every post I uploaded got more than 10k. I was very happy thinking I got good score by the algorythm and it would continue like this and rising, but not, suddenly dropped down and getting few views during some days, then again some days good, then bad, then I don't know why during 2 or 3 days I was getting a lots of views very quick after post, usually I'm getting for example 50 in the first 20 min, but at that time I was getting 300 in the first 5 min. Then went back to the normality. 3 days ago I hit the explore page for first time. It was crazy, very short time but intense, I got 45k views in only 10 or 15 min after post and 9k profile visits. Next posts shit again, well, not too bad cause they got 20k, 14k, 9k, 5k, but not the 60K I got in total in the explore one. And here I am now. So is like is going in packs of 3-4 or 5 days. Some packs good, other bad, other regular, each one with its particularities. It isn't a constancy (being myself very constant on my work, I never missed to post on time). So what's going on with the algorythm? Is it testing how is my account responding to its tests?
Is it assigning a kind of score to every account depending on the response of the audience? Will I finlly get some kind of constancy from the algorythm on my account? How long use to take? Sorry for so many questions but I'm really confused. Thanks.
