easy with good twitter traffic, harder with bad. There is no answer to what you asked. It is like asking how easy it is to convert web traffic. Well it all depends on what web traffic you have.

all i can say is I find that organic search traffic converts much better than twitter traffic for my niches, but it really depends on so many things.
