How get instagram likes and comments without bots

Hi. This is without bots and it actually gets real people to like and comment on your picture. If you go to really famous people's profiles such as Kylie Jenner, you'll see people commenting "LB" and "CB" which means Like Back and Comment Back. I think it's pretty self-explanatory, if you like their pictures, they will like yours back and the same with comments. I'm not sure whether you all already knew this but I thought it would be nice to share.

I think the best way to get likes and comments is just getting followers, for example follow people and then unfollow.. Im following for like 3 days and then unfollowing everyone.
