soyglobal, I use the Pro version of seomoz.org and under their Link Analysis section, they provide me with up to 10,000 inbound links for any website I put in as a campaign.

    It includes the following information:

    URL
    Title
    Anchor Text
    Page Authority
    Domain Authority
Number of Domains Linking to this Page
Number of Domains Linking to Domain
    Followable
    301
    Origin
    Target URL

I do not know of any free versions, but I am sure others here know of solutions for what you are looking for.

    Hope this helps!

The free tools out there aren't very good. Yahxx took down the site explorer which was the best way to get them. Also ahrefs is good, but it's not cheap. You can also use Bxng's webmaster backlink tool, but I think it only gives you 1000 at most.

Your best option by far is MajesticSEO, but ahref is getting better and better. You can use both for free to scrape limited number of backlinks. There is also seomoz, but I heard mixed reviews.

If you want something completely free try: backlinkwatch.com.

I agree. ahrefs.com has been a great tool for us and the data seems to be pretty up-to-date.
