How does this seller provide his views? Do you guys know him?

Do you guys know who "youngceaser" is on fiverr? I've tried a lot of different sources for YouTube views and he seems to be the best one. You can look him up if you don't know.

Now, I am in NO way promoting his services. In fact, I highly do not recommend his services because of his team's robotic customer service that doesn't ever seem to solve problems and the fact that he promises me a certain offer and then fails to deliver what he promised. For example, this guy sends me a custom offer for 10k views and I purchase it, only to have him say sorry I made a mistake, i can only get you 4-5k views (After I've paid!).

This is why I'm on this forum. I want to find a different provider. His service is good, but he doesn't know how to properly provide customer service. I want to know what makes this guy's service different from others... I've ranked a few videos using his views, and he also says his views are completely adsense safe which I have always had adsense on and never had a problem. Again, I do not recommend using his services because his customer service is bad, but I just want to know if I can find a similar service or if this guy is known around these forums? Thank you.

Best in the industry is QQTube.

I started using them this morning (qqtube). Love the control panel, and plays coming fast. Question will be, will they stick.. Im also gonna try Retentionpanel today see how that goes.
