How does Telegram bots ranking works?

Telegram bot can rank in Telegram search together with channels, but for channels the ranking factor are keywords in title/description,views to posts and mostly members count.
Are keywords in title and number of people that have started the bot the ways to rank a bot in the Telegram searches?

You can also list your channel in different telegram directories too. When users are directly redirected to the channel url, it might help in ranking.
