How does Google make money when we can google everything for free ?

Google has a shopify store where they sell chineese replicas. Thats their first source of income.

Donations and charity may be like NGOs. Just kid Eng.
They earn from Alphabets but remember one person profit is another persons loss. If anyone can profit from ads then who will bother creating content. SEO is a tradeoff between two. Content consumers need to know this.

Google makes money from advertising. You promote ads, they make money. That is how they earn billions.

Google makes money from CPS. For every search we make they make money, the amount depends on location. There're networks where search engines like google, firefox get registered. Just like we use ogads, cpabuild for CPA. So if you are planning on creating a search engine you can get registered on those networks.

google is not used only for searching info. There is a plenty of different services provided by google ~ cloud, drive, etc...& if you want to use without restriction, you need to pay for these services!

The search engine is secondary to the advertising and servcices they sell.

Truth be told, Google could care less if the rankings are accurate as long as they are banking for their shareholders.

Not even sure that is a bad thing.

Businesses pay money to Google to promote their businesses in search engine (and other Google platforms), every time you click on an Ad on Google Seach, Google is getting paid by these businesses.

Google looks like completely free to you, but those businesses and advertisers pay thousands of dollars and even hundreds of thousands of dollars to be promoted in their search engine.

How does YouTubers make money when you can watch their videos for free? Same thing, by those annoying ads that you cannot wait to skip.
