How are you sure your competitors use the same strategy?
But i had several accs, and using same strategies, and some got banned, some going well. But there is a huge amount of factors. Not 100% sure, but I think it works like : If algorithm find something, send info to human check. I Believe human check is very consistent, but everyone doing mistakes. Or maybe they hire new member, and he doing it bad
anyway, it will be great if someone from blackhat world start working inside Adwords , and pulls out info .

Any account that violates Google rule will get banned today or tomorrow. So, always remain at the safe side. Today the other account holders may manage to avoid suspension, but in the long run they will get caught by Google no doubt.

if the business model is restricted (not banned) by google then i think sooner or later they will going to suspend your account . some time ago i was running adwords campaign for a business model which is 'Online Remote Tech Support' .After so many scams in the industry google decided to restrict this model .
No matter how hard i tried google always suspended our account . i made several accounts with changes but google some how catches it . Google still allows top players in that industry to show their ads but for 99% of business they are suspended. so like your case these accounts which are not suspended by google are not because google missed them but because google is allowing them to serve their ads .
its largely possible that in your niche there are lots of scams so google is only allowing to serve ads for top players .
The good thing when i made another account for affiliate marketing niche for antivirus i did not get a single issue from google and my account run pretty well

Its unfair policy of google . it has to be same for all .

if you have ovserved google or run any account this is not the case

yes there is nothing we can do much about that. google decides this with the age of account and their brand value. google has lots of ways to calculate risk factor . i can still see top players running their adwords account for same niche which is closed for 99% business. same happenrd with bing . they disallow us from running third part tech support. its complex and irritating but cant do much about that . their customer support act as bully. you set up everything for million dollar idea and next day you woke up and find google or bing changed their policy . lol

i was talking with google customer support for brand new adword account . i described them my situation and asked them if my niche is supported or not . she told me its perfectly fine she even reviewed my website and said everything is fine and we are good to go .
after two days account was suspended by adwords lol

@krazylearner As you mention above that in antivirus camapign you had no issue and it worked fine, can you run antivirus, printer, email or any of campaign now ? , as i am running tech support business

The top players are those who have certification in real, are into business since years, and are providing proper support for there their services... Moreover they also give disclaimer, pricing and everything fairly on their websites.

Yes, get microsoft certification, affiliate through antivirus companies, vendorship for service with printer firms. The safest and longlasting way to stay in business.
