Not exactly real world. If it was real, then on each post that would contain illegal content, should be deleted from Admins/Mods

When the staff sees something, or is alerted to something that goes against the terms of service the staff takes action.

Don't get me wrong - I absolutely love this site and I spend more time than I would like to admit on it. But the Jr VIP forums has a section dedicated to downloading pirated software and programs made available by other members, isn't that illegal considering the servers are based out of the US? Genuinely curious - not trying to be critical.

Don't get me wrong - I absolutely love this site and I spend more time than I would like to admit on it. But the the Jr VIP forums has a section dedicated to downloading pirated software and other programs, isn't that illegal? Genuinely curious - not trying to be critical.
I'm not a lawyer but it might be a civil issue and not a criminal one + sharing what is in the Jr Vip subforums is not permitted in the public forums so please keep that in mind going foward.

“Blackhat” word in the domain doesn’t make it illegal. Not sure on what basis are you saying it. If sharing knowledge is illegal then I like it to be illegal forum member

What happens in BHW, stays in BHW.
Considering the fact that BHW is a popular website and might be on the watch by “competition”, such questions shouldn’t be asked. This website have brought poor and average people to where they want to be in this life. This website is our freedom and our daily source of news related to what we are interested in, unlike reading the official sources that fuck your mood up right away by pushing propoganda, “war is about to happen” type of news, etc.
And the Jr. VIP a bit above my post that put out the information regarding the special VIP section with pirate content - I would literally never ever allow you to be a part of my organization. Nobody is supposed to know that, why put the business out to those who shouldn’t know that part, seriously. Loud mouth.
Stay in your lane and be thankful for a website like this. I wish I knew about BHW before I started my first dropshipping journey. But I’m glad that I’m here now.
“Isn’t this illegal? Why is it still up?” - seriously, be thankful and use the information instead of worrying about something you shouldn’t.

Whatever you've said is correct but you are thinking kinda blindfold. Of course and I will be thankful for this site, but I started this topic because of a query. You've already accepted the fact that there is illegal content here. I'm trying to understand how does this site is still alive and not gets shut down.
