Is it really deindexed? You should check for the url on Google.

Maybe deindexed is the wrong word because you can still find it with "site:".
But that is the only way to find it

I think that may be a page experience update. Optimize your website for core web vitals, especially CLS and site speed index.

I have an alternative proposition, I learnt from an official documentation that several recrawls of a page which didn't change over a time frame will be stopped. So, consider adding two sentences or more in place of other sentences. Then get a backlink from a "page of importance", then you will be back on the serps.
Of course, you have to work on the core web vitals, you know there's no way to exactly what's wrong.

Theoretically, the evergreen content never drops. Google is plagued with evergreen content, so I would like to read what you mention within it context to get a better picture.
