Ahrefs is the BEST tool you can use to accurate data, nothing is more helpfull than Ahrefs.
You have to take a look at the history, does the content is already used for PBN, repurposed before?
Also, Majestic can be helpfull too. You have to check the Referring domains in comparing with the referring IP's, this is the MOST important part, the more RD, and R ip's are close together, the more links are good, and clean.
Check the previous pages as well, by using Moz or Ahrefs, to make sure that the domain is clean or not, since probably when you check the Archive history, you'll see that the domain never repurposed before, but when you check its previous pages, you'll see that it was repurposed before.
You have to check the domain names manually.
There are a LOT of things you have to take into consideration to make sure you get a 100% clean domain name.
Just forget about another nice point, if the domain is not indexed, be carefull, sometimes when you submit the url on Google, it will not be indexed forever, or sometimes it may takes weeks and months. So always go with indexed domains, don't go with non indexed ones until you MASTER the game.
