I have been working every day for 12 hours a day and I take very few breaks, I feel like even when I try to take a break and unwind that I can't relax and even feel guilty for not working. I heard in a seminar that I went to that nobody should work at "100% for 100% of the time," but I have no idea how to take a healthy break and relax. What do you do to relax? Do you have any advice for unwinding?

P.s. What is your favorite hobby or thing that you like to do with your free time?

Sauna in the gym or watch some TV (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu)

Usually the second lol

I usually just take my backpack and head to here:

Try to take a trip... even for one day. I find it much better than doing any other activity. Pick a nice place with natural atmosphere.
Best tech detox.

Can't think of many better ways than that. I went kayaking the other day with my kids and it was great fun.

To the OP - for me its fitness and martial arts. That's how I like to unwind. And my advice to you is just try to find something that you enjoy doing. Don't restrict yourself and just try new things because once you find something that you truely enjoy its an amazing feeling. Life is not all about working and earning money, its about living, enjoying yourself, having fun and personal development among other things. Something that's took me ages to realize - and thats coming from someone that up until recently was a complete workaholic!!

I actually do marketing on YouTube to relax. I really enjoy it and basically do a lot of trolling. ;)

My workflow is quite irregular/erratic. Periods of frenetic activity followed by down time surfing places like this. I've learned (finally) to enjoy the down time.

Free time goes to learning to paint (pictures, not walls) and fiddling about (mostly unsuccessfully) in the garden. I'm blessed to live in one of the nicest places on earth, so beaches and walking also play a big part.

I reset 1-2x a week. It means I do no work then depending on how my previous day's productivity was.

If you continue to work these hours you will burn out and then lose way more time buddy. So don't feel guilty of when you're not working. Save the guilt for after you take your rest day during the week and do double the work the next day.

I like to go outside for a walk and get some fresh air once in a while.
I also play retro games on my pc/sbc and browse BHW to learn a thing or two.

Take 30 min break after every 4 hours.

Don't use social media, it is taxing.

If you feel tired, then take power nap for 20-30 mins. Use stopwatch in your mobile. Once you done, your mind will be completely refreshed. Don't think anything in this power nap

Eat a Gaytime and watch my favourite shows or a movie.

(It's an ice cream)

Go for a massage (happy ending not needed)
I could take one each and every day
