How do you transfer a website?

I am planning on buying a website from a seller on BHW.

I use BlueHost to host my websites, as well as to purchase my own domains. I do not have a GoDaddy account.

What is the actual process of recieving a site under these circumstances?

Also, will the WP-ADMIN page have a username and password already set?

If you want to do it manually all you have to do is 1. Get hold of Wordpress installation folder, 2. Upload that folder to your hosting, 3. extract and download database tables from phpmyadmin for Wordpress site, 4. Create a new database and user 5. Import downloaded database in your hosting phpmyadmin (under newly created database),

Replace credentials and urls (Url's using search and replace script [search on google] ) and you are done.

I always just open the old SQL database with Notepad++ search for the old domains info and bulk replace everything at once. Then I upload the new SQL to the new host and link the wp-config.php file to the new info.

Search YouTube for how to transfer a wordpress site from one host to another. It all may seem overwhelming at first, but it's really not too difficult once you get a grasp on in.

Ask him to shift your website or ask your host to shift your website.
