How do you target Yahoo and Bing?

I know this thread is a couple of years old, but I would like to revive it.
Artificial_genious, do you still feel that yahoo/bing works the same way that it did a couple years ago, when you wrote your reply? And do you agree that "social signals" like fb likes affect yahoo rankings much?
I have sites that have ranked good for years on yahoo bing... some have fb likes (which I bough on fiverr), and some have hardly any (we are talking 2 fb likes...)
All have been fairly spammed with links lol...
