How do you structure anchor/text through the tiers?

Hello BHW brothers, I'm about to start building my tiers and need advice on keywords through the tiers.


Do you follow the same keyword though out the tiers or do you vary as it moves along..

For example do I have a tier 2 web2.0 with plastic surgery anchor that leads to a tier 1 web 2.0 that has breast augmentation anchor?

Has anyone done any metrics to see the best way. Thank you for all your halp

Forgot to add would they also vary on the bookmarks or flow with the phrase to rank. In short do I have my keyword on my tier 1 that I want to rank for because it will have the juice or keep it all similar as it flows. Thank you.
