How Do You Stay Motivated?

Realize every hour that everything in your life is by you choice
if you don't like your job, quit it. I started doing this method lately, gives me a feeling of being a free person

By thinking about the weed and young hookers I will buy

That's strange but I just realized that negative thoughts always made me more motivated. Such as fear of the future, anxiety, worry etc.

- sometimes it's ok to have lazy days, even weeks heck maybe months.
after exhausting yourself to do something especially..

But to answer your question, attitude and behavior are linked. The best way to stay motivated is by 'doing'
- Set yourself a goal
- Make a commitment

So for instance lets say your goal is to lose 5kg, join a swimming club and a tennis club, committing to regular lessons, and try and get a different buddy to join you in both.
After you have done it enough, you can then ditch the lessons because you will already be in the habit.
The same mentality is applicable to any goal.. I find the commitment to something regular really helps though..

Lets use another example, lets say my goal is to learn French.

I could get an online course, and if im strict enough maybe i'll get lucky and follow through and keep it up - or - while doing this
I could ALSO take a regular French class two nights a week locally while also booking a holiday in 6 months to a French speaking country..

Hope that helps! PM me if you'd like to talk more and i'd be happy to help where I can!

Well, for me it is fairly simple to stay motivated. I am 65, my wife has severe medical issues (and hospital bills) from an accident 18 months ago, my two youngest kids are in college with3 years left to go for the youngest, I have employees I need to keep busy so they can be paid and take care of their families, my investments are spread out between stocks, real estate, and of course online business and I don't have a good feeling on the economy over the next 3 years. So if I can't retire I might as well keep working and make hay while the sun shines. That's about all I need to keep me motivated.

I wake up at 7am and read for and hour and then hit the gym. Ill be working by 9:30 latest if im slow with breakfast. Working to wake up at 6am and read for 2 hours before the gym.

This gets me in a very focused mindset before i answer my first skype message. It has driven me completely away from sites that waste my time.

Because i value my time much more now.
