But to answer your question, attitude and behavior are linked. The best way to stay motivated is by 'doing'
- Set yourself a goal
- Make a commitment
So for instance lets say your goal is to lose 5kg, join a swimming club and a tennis club, committing to regular lessons, and try and get a different buddy to join you in both.
After you have done it enough, you can then ditch the lessons because you will already be in the habit.
The same mentality is applicable to any goal.. I find the commitment to something regular really helps though..
Lets use another example, lets say my goal is to learn French.
I could get an online course, and if im strict enough maybe i'll get lucky and follow through and keep it up - or - while doing this
I could ALSO take a regular French class two nights a week locally while also booking a holiday in 6 months to a French speaking country..
