How do you stay connected with your clients?
If they need help how do you let them reach you?
Do you get burned out if you have too many clients and they have to reach you?

Email, Telegram, and Skype in a lesser amount.

Load depends on how much you sell, but you need to be responsive and help with answers, info, issues, etc.

Best thing is making FAQ posts or guides and point clients to them right at the moment of the sale.

This way you will get less overhead.
