How do you sit in front of your computer?

You can adjust the height of your chair but make sure that your feet is flat on the floor.

lol at the dentist chair. Just sit however is most comfortable and that changes over time.. balance it with doing stuff outside though ;)

I try to sit up straight and be conscious of my posture. I usually can only sit for a max of 30-40 minutes before I need to get up and stretch and walk a little bit. Even if it's just around the block. You have to keep your circulation right. I also go to the chiropractor weekly and have noticed this has helped eliminate back/neck pain but also improve my posture without me having to be as conscious about it.

I cann't sit up straight! Usually I sit comfortable for me but not good for my back. And also I cann't sit too long at about an hour I also get up and somehow move or strench.

I do not sit in front of the computer. The computer sits in front of me.

You should do some yoga. That will definitely help you. Also try putting some cushions under your lower back.

Hope that helped.

Have you tried not sitting in front a computer?

Seriously... take a 10 min break and walk around every couple of hours, do house work or make something to eat or go out.

You can be productive and not be tied to a PC.

hahahaha, good question. Keep changing your position every hour and buy a Laptop and change your Position when ever the battery gets low. LMAO. hahahahah

Ask pewep to teach you how to levitate... It did wonders for me.

Exactly..... instead of worrying how to make living on a PC comfortable, worry more why you have to sit there so long.
