    Yeah chair is REALLY IMPORTANT!

    But what helped me a lot was doing squats (full squats). In every work cycle (1 hour, 1.5 hours) I do one cycle of squats (as many as I can 30-50). You really should try this.

    I go for a walk to get water every half an hour, and I put a pilllow on my chair haha, try that or get a nicer chair :)

    The other half of the time, I turn my chair around, tuck my legs in, and rest my head on the top of my chair.

    I sit on a AmazonBasics office chair, it is very comfortable for $60. Most of the time I keep a chair next to my desk to put my feet up.
