Yeah chair is REALLY IMPORTANT!
But what helped me a lot was doing squats (full squats). In every work cycle (1 hour, 1.5 hours) I do one cycle of squats (as many as I can 30-50). You really should try this.
I go for a walk to get water every half an hour, and I put a pilllow on my chair haha, try that or get a nicer chair
sitting is overrated. get a treadmill desk.
Pillow behind lower back, and configure your workstation so its ergonomic

Half of the time, I sit upright like I should as I don't want a hunchback.
The other half of the time, I turn my chair around, tuck my legs in, and rest my head on the top of my chair.
constantly reposition and move yourself around in your chair. also what chair are you rockin?
I sit on a AmazonBasics office chair, it is very comfortable for $60. Most of the time I keep a chair next to my desk to put my feet up.

I also have a MyDiletto for use when I am constipated.
That one is derived from a dentist's chair. I don't know why people are scared to sit on such a comfortable chair though.
