Should I get a gig for GSA blast, contextual GSA? Or cheap spammy PBN links? I want to increase their authority and link juice which then goes on to my money site.

Don't waste too much of your time thinking about it. invest your time in finding a link than no one else can find easily. let's say you did build a good web 2.0 and they maybe start to rank you a little bit then your competitor will found out and also build web 2.0 and you both go back to point 0.

In addition to sending GSA and some cheaper PBNs, if you have the budget, you can treat them like money sites too. Not sending guest posts of course, but getting links from audio, pdf, image sharing sites, web 2.0 profiles etc. is okay.
