How do you personally make Instagram content?

I'd like to know how exactly everyone makes/gets their photos.

I've tried making my own content using photo shop. It normally takes way too long and is a bit difficult to make your own content for more than a couple accounts.

I've bought FollowLiker and have had some success using it with cpa. I now would like to grow some instagram accounts in the motivation, sports, and other niches. Have any advice on where to get content to post/how to get content?
