Well I am not a big fan either. I don't see it as "clean" at all. The little white line thingy around each and every post is annoying. Don't know about everyone else but the search function is worthless for me so far. Wow the site down most of the day and I come back to this.

Quick reply is found when you just hit the "Reply" button below the post you want to reply with.
User CP is in the Edit Settings under Forum Actions.

I agree, Too much boldness and everything feels tight.
If possible i suggest having a "Old Theme" function because a lot of us just aren't feeling the new look.

While several elements of the new layout are certainly user friendly and clean in their appearance, the old layout was much gentler on the eyes. The eye discomfort that I am experiencing may force me to severely limit the time I spend reading posts.
Looking on the bright side (and I'm not talking about the reply box), this will almost force me to spend more of my time working on my IM campaigns. It will take some getting used to I suppose.
