So been getting a lot of cheap customers which to be honest I refrain from taking any payment from.
My main checks are
  1. Too many questions -> Not enough research, probably does not know your offering enough which will make a bad customer in the future.
  2. Asking for discount -> Whoever asks for discounts without you offering them is a big no no, in their mind your work is cheap, not worthy and will be a pain.
  3. Unrealistic expectations -> Those means tight budget which means not a serious customer.
But still getting too many cheap customers, so any tip for dealing with it?

Have you ever thought that maybe you're a part of the problem? You set a certain price point for your Instagram guide in order to sell as many copies as possible which is completely normal. After you sell a bunch of copies, you then find it annoying when your customers ask a bunch of questions.

These bots are not easy to set up, especially for new people who have never done it before. Just take a look at the IAM discussion platforms. There are individuals who offer the same services and will actually help you through the entire process without being unresponsive.

The problem is I've been following your thread for the past month and have yet to see one person claiming your guide works. The only positive words are from people saying it's neatly organized and written from their review copies. Most of them included a disclaimer saying they haven't tested it yet.

I've had interactions with you before and I can say I had the same bad experience. Now you might turn it around and say you didn't sell it to me for the same reason but take a quick look at your threads. It's the same repeated posts claiming you don't respond to them on telegram after they purchase the guide or your method causes the direct messages to go into the recipient request section.

Let me make something clear. I've already read your full guide but I chose to keep my mouth shut and move on even though it didn't work for me either. I did that as I already saw the drama occurring in your thread so there was no need for me to add to the fire. I only decided to post here after seeing you continually put the blame on your customers. If I remember correctly, last time a customer in your thread claimed it didn't work you replied by saying "Skill issue".

The first thing you should do is actually help them so they can get it working and have at least one person say something positive about your guide. Now I'm not saying annoying customers do not exist but you need a better track record before you even consider asking for ways to deal with cheap customers.

You are asking for a review copy of every single product in every single niche and industry, you also were demanding for a review copy.

Thanks for letting me know that I did well by refusing to sell to you, seems like I'm not failing detecting cheap customers

One of your sales threads has a bunch of complaints... I wouldn't worry about keeping cheap customers out in your case.

I'd worry about keeping your sales threads clean and servicing them so you don't have a negative reputation.

I asked for it only because you reached out to me after I posted in one. Now I'm working with another provider directly from IAM who's selling a legitimate service.

As I stated in my post above, I already knew you were going to turn it around on me. All I have to say is worry about all the customers that are complaining, not me.
