How do You Invest in Yourself?

I have a few thousand dollars set aside that I want to invest in myself — developing skills, maybe hiring a mental coach, taking some courses, gym membership, personal trainer and something like that. I'd love to hear your suggestions. How do you invest in yourself? Thanks!
Invest in your physical health — gym, kickboxing, swimming, whatever gets you moving. When your body feels good, everything else becomes easier.

Then invest in skills you can actually use. Pick a course that teaches you something useful like editing, AI, copywriting, or coding etc. Anything that can help you make money later on.

Also, mindset matters — but I personally wouldn’t spend a penny on a “mental coach”, as I think it’s bs and awaste of money.

If you’ve got extra, maybe travel or take a short break somewhere new. You’d be surprised how much that can reset your brain.

Good luck, and looking forward to hearing what you end up doing.
Picking a skill is where I'm kind of stuck now

Well, that’s the problem. I’m very bad at making decisions. One day I want to improve my sleep, the next I want to start exercising, and the week after that I’m trying to memorize a deck of cards. The answer is pretty clear—I need to improve my ability to decide what to focus on and actually stick to it, lol.
Totally feel you. When everything feels important, it’s hard to choose. Start with one thing that boosts everything else—like sleep or mindset. Pick it, stick with it for a week. That’s it. Clarity comes with action.

You can take courses on udemy if you are tight on budget. The courses there are available for good economical prices. I have personally never bought courses because I am already busy with the own methods I keep trying.

If you only have a few thousand dollars, it may not be enough for you to hire a personal trainer at the gym, but learning a skill seems to be the highest return investment. There are a lot of free learning resources on the Internet.

Learn New Skills, invest in health and fitness, eat healthy, get fit surround yourself with growth minded people it will help to level up yourself, learn to manage time and develop a side hustle. Learn Kickboxing, Martial Arts and Muay Thai that help you clear your mind, improve focus and increase strength.

Hey friend

Best way to invest in yourself is skills + health + mindset. With a few thousand:
  • Take practical courses that can actually boost income (marketing, coding, AI, copywriting).
  • Hire a coach or mentor to guide your growth and accountability.
  • Gym + personal trainer = better energy, focus, confidence.
  • Books, audiobooks, and mental training apps for mindset.
Basically, spend on what gives long-term ROI, not just short-term fun.
Cheers, man your future self will thank you!

If you’ve got a few thousand to invest in yourself, start with one high-income skill (copywriting, ads, editing, coding) that gives the highest ROI. Add a gym membership to stay sharp mentally and physically. Join one good community or mentor group to speed up your growth.
All small steps, but they stack fast.
