Use a paid indexing service, there are many in the marketplace.

A surefire way to get any link indexed is to tweet, Google+, fb like/share, pin it, etc. You will likely only need to use one or two but this is what I do for my links and they are indexed within 24 hours (usually much faster).

i was using "http://www.bulkping.com/" but it's not working
does any one know any other online tools ?

I wouldn't ping my links anymore...temporary results at best unless it's an authority site that can handle the volume. links to links with BacklinksIndexer since they've been around for over 3 years. Magic Submitter and BLI is a great combination for ranking local clients

I also use BacklinksIndexer. Excellent service, and their customer support is great. I cancelled my account with them at one point when I had lull in operations, and when I signed back up there was some error in the process. I submitted a ticket, and they had it fixed the same day. That's the kind of place I want to do business with all the time.
