How do you increase YouTube views?

Many users create content on YouTube with the expectation of earning revenue, but there are certain requirements that must be met to generate income, including having a sufficient number of views. Are there any social media platforms available, other than Facebook and Twitter, where I can share my YouTube content for free?

Getting views and traffic for the first time is so difficult. So at this time, social media are very helpful to achieve traffic and views. After you get good amounts of subscribers it will automatically increase day by day if you continuously upload good content to your channel.
 
The easiest method is to just do shorts to promote your long form videos.
 
You can share your YouTube content for free on various social media platforms such as Instagram (short clips, stories, and reels), TikTok (short-form video content).
 
Many people share on Reddit as well. Also, try releasing shorts, as those tend to get more views that you can re-direct to your long form content.

Just sharing the content will not give enough views. You should make better quality first.

Well, there's TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and even Pinterest. You can give a little preview or sneak peek, and if you capture the targeted audience's attention, they might click on your YouTube link. However, it would be much easier to get a lot of views on YouTube if you already have a following or at least a subpar presence on social media. Consistency is also important, as if you are consistent enough in creating content, your YouTube channel will likely continue to grow over time.
 
Create a long-form video content and upload it on YouTube.
Then create a short video and upload it on TikTok and YT shorts promoting your main (long-form video).

For example:
Long-form video title: 5 ways to start your own blog using AI and make money online
in yt short and TikTok, explain the strong reasons why people should watch your main video?
 
Before engaging him in a serious way be aware that this guy spams the forum with the same question over and over again, and in the past pretended to be looking for information just to promote his website. I was trying to help him by answering a question about how to grow a twitter account or something like that and then he casually sent me a link of his social media marketing site, which i reported. So i'm not convinced that he is serious about his questions. He seems to have some sort of hidden agenda.

maybe a marketing strategy i guess, but that's not cool
 
If you own big facebook pages, then only you can get consistent views by sharing. Just sharing in groups of other people will result in ban only.
 
First, you need to ensure that people are searching for the content you are about to create. One sure way of knowing is, use a keyword tool to check search volume.
Second, make a good video for that search term.
Third, buy views and likes to rank for that search term on YouTube.

If you do all that, you will get constant views, that might lead to a lead or sale of whatever product you are advertising.
 
You can share on these social media platforms instagram, reddit, pinterest and tumblr.
 
Focus on your quality, After creating a content, you can share your youtube link on other social media platforms. This will help your family and friends to get in touch with your content a little bit more.
