it is quite difficult especially with the niche that you chose. but you should use tags that isnt explicitly saying adult content or matured content. also join groups or pages that is also within your niche

Agree with Facebook search being so bad. What I did was I used hashtags to find relevant posts, pages, and groups. I imagine even that will be difficult for you, though, since your niche is something Meta is not okay with. For adult content, it's better to go to X and even Telegram.
 
You’ll also have to work around FB’s policy. A lot of people use hidden keywords, abbreviations

create a free page in your personal profile, then post articles and add pictures according to your business model
 
What I did was:

Use related but “safer” keywords (e.g. lifestyle, dating, community fanpage) instead of typing adult directly.

Join many small groups first, then from Facebook's suggested related groups, more suitable places will appear.

You can use indirect words, or find closed/private groups, follow pages with related content.
