How DO you Get Traffic, then?

Hey guys,

I'm new here and quite a few of you seem pretty advanced, so any pro advice would be sincerely appreciated:

I got an --awesome-- fitness blog that I've been building up with good kw research, on site/page seo and a back linking service.

It just started getting around 1000 visits/day, when this penguin thing came around and now traffic is down to around 500/day.

How to go about getting traffic now, that's the question.

The same way you did in the first place!
If you haven't "adapted" like other marketers
then search around here on BHW. I seen many
posts where they claim to have found the solution.
