How DO you get traffic, then?

Hey guys,

I'm new here and quite a few of you seem pretty advanced, so any pro advice would be sincerely appreciated:

I got an --awesome-- fitness blog that I've been building up with good kw research, on site/page seo and a back linking service.

It just started getting around 1000 visits/day, when this penguin thing came around and now traffic is down to around 500/day.

How to go about getting traffic now, that's the question.
