How do you get started in Dropshipping???

Don't mean to hijack...I am looking to get started in this as well, and although I am not able to answer your questions, I do have one of my own. How do you get past payment gateways holding your money? I have a tax id and access to drop shippers, I am trying to decide how to accept payments on my own website. I was thinking of P@ypal, but I am having second thoughts after reading all of the people that have had their accounts limited or frozen. I don't have the best credit right now so getting my own merchant account is out of the question. I am looking for a way to accept payment and turn around same day and pay the supplier for the item. I doubt I could get net terms with suppliers (because of my credit). How do other drop shippers handle this? What payment gateway do you use and how long do they hold your funds?
