How do you get custom avatars in these forums?

I've been looking around the User CP but only see the option to disable avatars or use the predefined ones, but how do you add your custom url?

I believe you can set a custom one after you get 50 posts, I could be wrong though..

Avatars

In order to upload a custom avatar, you must be a member of the forum for at least 30 days and have at least 50 quality posts. If you do not have 50 posts or 30 days on the forum, you may still upload one of our standard avatars by http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/profile.php?do=editavatar. Note: it may take up to an hour or more for the forum to update your post count and status.
