I buy 50 private proxy's from Packetflip.com for $100 a month. If you want public proxys try http://www.freeproxylists.com/elite.php. But I would recommend private proxy's for CL posting.

i'm starting my campaign as soon as i have everything ready.
the proxies, emails, and CL accounts. about 50 each.
