How do you get 50 or more proxies?

Just like the title.I need to know how to get 50 or more proxies.

I buy 50 private proxy's from Packetflip.com for $100 a month. If you want public proxys try http://www.freeproxylists.com/elite.php. But I would recommend private proxy's for CL posting.
