All groups have admins, without admins the group would not exist.
 
There is no Facebook group without an admin, there are only Facebook groups whose admins are no longer active. You can search in groups where someone wants to sell a group that they no longer need to use.

If the group does not identify the ADmin, there is no tool to help find it.
 
When you join a group, there will be a group information section, you will know who is administering the group, and all groups are required to have an administrator.

Every Facebook group has an administrator, at least 1 account. If that account wants to leave the group, another administrator will be elected. Or if there is no administrator, the group will no longer exist.
Therefore, you can set up your own group and become an administrator yourself to manage the group better.
