How do you find email submit offers without CPA?

Ok, so i've got a question...
I see all the CPA networks offer email submits for things like Iphones and netflix. etc. I joined the Apple Affiliate program and they only give links that send you to buy stuff from their store. And the same goes for any other affiliate program. Same with netflix.

So here's my question...
Where do these CPA networks get these Email Submits from? I know they are making money when I get them a lead, and then they hand me a percentage of that. Where can I find these email submits on my own and just promote them on myself by cutting out the CPA Network?

I'm not saying I want to run a network....I just want to run my own offers with out CPA guy in the middle.

you cannot get direct contact with the advertiser unless and until you have solid proofs to back up your traffic.

you will have to be a very big super affiliate to have a direct contact with advertisers , and it will be very hard to convince them that why should they hire you instead of conventional networks

But OP, email submits are dying. Not worth it imo.

What do you think converts better? I just thought it was simple - get person to enter email - and boom, paid?
other conversion points just seem a little more difficult, though naturally, you make more.

maybe i don't really know exactly how these email submits work.

Instead you think about this, Try to scale up your email submit with CPA network, you will earn a lot. This is my suggestion mate.
