How do you find ALL the links to a website?

If you needed/wanted to find ALL the links to a website that has, say, 20,000 links, how would you do it?

Yahoo SE and others only show up to 1,000. Even tools like the SEOMoz API only show 3,000.

Any thoughts? I have Scrapebox AND can code. Racking my brain and still not figuring out how to do it.

He just said that yahoo site explorer does NOT list more than 1000 backlinks, duh!
