How do you Dropship from China?

I would like to cut down my expenses, so does anyone dropship from China and then sell in Ebay? I mean I know it takes a shitload of time etc for the stuff to arrive from Asia to say in USA. So how does anyone do this in Ebay? I mean do you guys mention in ebay that that product may arrive in 3 weeks etc? thank you :) I would appreciate all help :D

Many Chinese set up warehouses in the US and have the items shipped from there.
 
One way would be to buy items in wholesale form China, ship them to your fulfillment company in the States and then work it out that way. Problem with this model is that you need to buy in bulk and if you can't sell it, then you've got the items to deal with as well as the storage fees charged by the fulfillment company.

As Hot_Seller said, some chinese companies have overseas warehouses. DX for example has warehouses in the UK, US and AUS.
 
Dropshipping from China directly would take sometime for the item to arrive. Stating about the shipping time in the item description (eg. Item would arrive in 30 working days or so) wouldn NOT help your postage time DSR. Buyers simply ignore the fact that the items are being sent from the other side of the world, and that sucks
 
I just had a meeting with a shipping company, what they normally advise sellers to do, is ship it by ship to UK, US and AUS.

Another thing is to ship it by EMS, which obviously is a more costly solution.
 
Example;

I sell iPhone covers and adult costumes online, I give the buyer the option of having it delivered for free (2 -3 weeks) or pay for EMS (7 - 10 days)

Buyers likes to have transparent options.
 
be careful,
i live in thailand and buy some items in China / HK for my business , the quality is not really the best.
