How do you create videos like these?

Switching from 3D to 2.5D for Size Comparison videos. Any advice?

I’ve been using Blender to make size comparison videos with 3D models, but it's too time-consuming. I want to switch to the 2.5D style seen in these videos for better efficiency:



How do you make the 2D cutouts "breathe" or move slightly (like puppet animation)?

I'm looking for a workflow that balances and speed.
Any tutorials or advice would be great!

As a quick and easy approach, my guess is that they create the walking animations with AI and then throw everything into a 3D program.
No idea which AI or prompts they're using, though.
