You are right, but it is hard to stay calm and react normally when you are arguing with someone that is being rude or unjust.

Yes, what I meant was, like arguing with someone that is rude or unjust and staying calm at the same time.
So explaining your point of view to the other person without making the situation bigger than it is. That is the hard part.
That is why I posted the video of Donald Trump, he does it very well.
He reacts and doesn't let it bother him further, without making a scene out there.
If you know that you have been put ahead of someone, doesn't that belittles whatever the other person does to you? Not going toe to toe, God willing, may be a proof that you are superior. You are not falling into that person's world. If you went at it like him/her, it may lead to jail, it may lead to more: regret, waste of time, waste of energy, intoxication of your thoughts during the day.I'm ashamed to say, that I myself struggle to keep calm when arguing with someone and getting my point across.
This is something I really want to learn.
