How do you control your anger?

You are right, but it is hard to stay calm and react normally when you are arguing with someone that is being rude or unjust.

Then you have to think about why you are arguing with that person. As right, as you might ever think you are about something, you are only right in your world - which is often very different from someone else's world. Because "the world" as we know it is not that which actually exists in its own right, but rather it is everything inside of our heads that we have amassed and gathered since the beginning of our own individual existence and it is just a minuscule part of what the world actually is. So for that reason, one person's view of the world can be completely different from another person.

That's why arguments occur - because two people are trying to put across "their world" but in actual fact, they both live in different worlds. The more frustrated you get that you can't convince each other that the other one is wrong, the angrier you get.

What do you think will happen with an argument - you think the other person will just decide to change their entire outlook on life, distrust everything they know in favour of what you are telling them? Would you change all of your beliefs in exchange for what someone else told you to be true, even if you didn't think it made any logical sense whatsoever? That's what you are asking someone to do when you argue with them.

^^ That's what I have come to learn about life. I used to spend half my time battling with people around me, about how things should be done differently but I came to realise that it doesn't get you anywhere. The only person you can really influence with "an argument" is yourself the only person whos course you can change is your own. So rather than trying to persuade others to do things your way, or to understand your point of view, redirect that energy into your own actions and as Nike would say "Just do it". Do it by yourself. If you believe in something go out and do it yourself. If you fundamentally disagree with someone else that's in your life, either find some middle ground with them or distance yourself from them. Because conflict is futile and its a really big waste of the most precious asset that we own - time.

I will not argue while I'm in anger, just avoid that conversation and take a breath. Speak politely, it will control our anger.

Every time there is a big problem and situation with anger, I am trying to use these free brain cells which are not overwhelmed by anger and I try to ash if that it worthy (to hit somebody, to shout at someone, to risk something) - on the road, at home, everywhere. It's also good to look on bad examples - when you are on the road and want to punish someone, it's good warning to know how it can end - someone will get hurt, you'll go to jail,... and again that question ... is that worthy??

Yes, what I meant was, like arguing with someone that is rude or unjust and staying calm at the same time.
So explaining your point of view to the other person without making the situation bigger than it is. That is the hard part.

That is why I posted the video of Donald Trump, he does it very well.

He reacts and doesn't let it bother him further, without making a scene out there.

I call it not giving a shit.

When you stop giving a shit, you're never angry anymore.

I'm ashamed to say, that I myself struggle to keep calm when arguing with someone and getting my point across.
This is something I really want to learn.

In this video, I love how Donald Trump stays calms and communicates his point across.

How do you deal with your anger? Love to hear it.
If you know that you have been put ahead of someone, doesn't that belittles whatever the other person does to you? Not going toe to toe, God willing, may be a proof that you are superior. You are not falling into that person's world. If you went at it like him/her, it may lead to jail, it may lead to more: regret, waste of time, waste of energy, intoxication of your thoughts during the day.

This being, I believe that the best way to deal with anger is to seek refuge in God. Have the habit of seeking refuge in Him, that way God willing, you naturally think about Him when in difficulty.

If you have have naturally high testosterone it will difficult but not impossible to stay calm. Instead of being ashamed of having high testosterone or "toxic masculinity" as its called in the media embrace that shit! You have to channel that energy. It takes a special alpha male mentality to be ready set go all the time. You have a gift so use it before you lose it. Anyways to answer your question PUSH UPS. When ever , where ever you're triggered do push ups , sets of 20. I've done 80push ups right in the middle of a crowded casino floor. As silly as that looked imagine how much more silly it would have looked to get arrested for loosing your temper.
