Good genes will do the trick! Nah but seriously though, I think transplant is the best way.

However if you are having pattern baldness (due to heredity) there is nothing much you can do about your hairloss. Good styling and proper maintenance and delay the inevitable. You can go for hair transplant or for something like minoxidil which control the dihydroxy testosterone (the root cause of pattern baldness). However that might lead to erectile dysfunction. I don't consider my hair to be that important, for me the grey cells are more important than the hair follicles.
P.S: is this post an innovative way of getting unique content?

haha...yea, that's probably true. I have a hair loss problem myself, but I've just told myself that there are worse things out there, and learned to live with it. Keep what's left short, and it's not a big problem.
I do understand that some thinks this is really bad, and I can understand that...in that case transplant is probably the only solution!

Im telling you man Procpecia will fuck you up and its only gonna save the hair at the back of your head. You think its normal for your load to look like water and getting a hard on thats half soft? Thats what it does to you and I have talked to other people and they said the same thing. Once you quit it goes back to normal. Shave it and be done with it! Talking from experience bro, wish I would have shaved it right off the bat!

Its true, I would recommend not to take it. The side effects definitely not worth benefits you get... for a little while.
Propecia really fucks with your hormones, and there are plenty of lawsuits for things like permanent erectile dysfunction. Young people should never take these kinds of drugs.

Gene therapy to change your DNA would work in theory, but its highly under developed. It as been used to cure someone of aids a few years ago,by changing their DNA so that they have the gene that makes them immune to the AIDS virus. Its one of the taboo sciences out there that is being slowed down due to stupid ethics issues.
